Moroni 3 Priesthood Ordination

Moroni teaches that in his day the priesthood was passed on by the laying on of hands.  The person receiving the priesthood was “ordained.”  Thus we see that when the Church was restored through Joseph Smith, the procedures and order of things were properly restored to their ancient roots.  “We believe in the same organization that existed in the primitive church.”
